Organizational Relationship: Receives direction from the Association president and Board of Directors.

Position Overview: Assesses the educational needs of the Association membership and plans ways to meet those needs.

Term of Office: The President, upon being succeeded by the duly installed president-elect, shall become the immediate past-president. The past-president shall serve on the Board of Directors for a term of one year.

Expectations
  1. Chairperson of the Nominating Committee.
  1. Selects a candidate and 1-2 alternatives for each available position.
  2. Contacts candidates, discusses position, and determines individuals willing to serve the organization in the designated capacity.
  3. Presents slate of candidates to Board of Directors and membership at the annual meeting.
